I’m not too sure where I got this recipe, but it’s definitely not sticky! I made it once for my cousin :)

    2 cups of flour
    2 cups of water
    4 tbsp cream of tartar
    1/2 cup of salt
    1 tbsp of oil

Store it in an airtight container and keep in the fridge. Lasts for three to five months.
